Currency: All rates and values expressed are in United States Dollars.

Reservations: Once you have given Bob Jones’ Belize Holidays authorization we will make reservations for you. Reservation requests can be made on-line by using the form provided, or by speaking with one of our agents. You will then be notified of confirmation at which time you must make full or partial payment, depending on time available before your scheduled arrival. We accept major credit cards, personal checks, and wire transfers. If payment or deposit is not made within 48 hours of reservation confirmation, we will be forced to relinquish your reservation. Once payment is received you will receive an immediate receipt and itinerary for your vacation. You will be reminded by email of your pending trip 30 days and 10 days prior to departure. All payments will be in U.S. Dollars.

Cancellation Policy: This cancellation policy is necessary to correspond with the hotels’ cancellation policies, which we are by agreement obligated to honor. If cancellation occurs 60 days or more before reservation date, a full refund will be given, less  any non refundable deposit required by the hotel to guarantee your reservation and $100 USD per person processing fee. If cancellation is within 45 to 59 days prior to reservation date, a 50% refund will be given, less $100 USD per person processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 44 days of scheduled reservation, no refund will be given. All requests for cancellations and refunds must be received in writing. 

Guided Tour Cancellation: Guided tours purchased may, through natural causes such as adverse weather conditions, be canceled upon arrival in Belize. Therefore, we will only accept a deposit for the tour, unless included as part of a package, in which case full payment is required. If not purchased as part of a package, you will pay the remaining amount due to the Tour Operator on the day of your tour. We will make a full deposit refund if you are not able to receive the tour you paid for if canceled by weather conditions only. Arrangements for tours cancelled by weather conditions that are part of a package must be made with the hotel or resort providing the tour as part of the package.  If you choose not to participate for any reason there will be no refund.

Travel Insurance: It is strongly suggested that you acquire travel insurance for your trip to guard against unforeseen cancellation. We do not sell travel insurance, but we are affiliated with TravelSafe Vacation Insurance for your convenience. Please see the link on the web pages.
